Rear Brake Clevis

The standard rear brake clevis has almost 3/4mm play in pin.  This results in about 20mm of play and the pedal making it particulary difficult to use the rear brake on a steep downhill section.   

These are machined from aluminium alloy with a stainless stell pin to exacting standards and tolerances elimating all of this play.

£21 for the complete kit which includes washer and split pin.

Cup Washers

There are five on your bike:

One on the front mudguard (used to hold the brace in place)

Two on the chain slider

Two on the rear mudflap

There is also one on the silly filmsy chain guide but most people take this off (before it breaks off) so I recommend you need only 5.

These are made from 6082 alluminum alloy and replace the pressed steel ones that corrode and make your bike look ugly.

These are supplied with stainless steel washers to prevent electric corrosion between the ally washer and your steel bolts.

Chain slider Cup washers

These are made from 6082 aluminium alloy so will not corrode plus they look great. Sold as a set of 4 including stainless steel M4 cap head scews.

Rear Brake pin

If you have the original brake pin the chances are that it is severaly worn.   These are made from stainless steel so will not corrode and will improve the feel of the rear brake.
